Privacy Policy

Effective: August 20, 2021

The present Privacy Policy describes the information collected by the "Personal Loan for Bad Credit" App, explains the products and services provided by the App, and applies to the App.

Disclosure

The App itself only connects customers with lenders granting loans but does not decide on loans or finances. The app operator is not responsible for disbursing money and is neither a broker nor a lender. The App transmits the information presented by consumers to third-party lenders who determine fees, interest rates, and all other lending requirements in a completely secure manner.

The Information the App Collects

There are 2 types of data collected by the App — non-personally identifiable, which is such anonymous content that cannot be linked to a certain face, and Personally identifiable, which identifies a specific person.

When consumers fill out an online application form to borrow funds from any lender participating at such time online, personally identifiable information is gathered, or when individuals submit any questions to the Application. This information involves email, driver's license number, name, phone number, salary amount, date of birth, SSN, citizenship status, address, job information, frequency of wages, homeownership information, and bank account information.

The App gathers information, and if it is not personally identifiable, it is collected either automatically through the use of cookies or through third-party tracking systems. Cookies include access time, information about the links the visitor clicks and the sections of the Application the client visits, the consumer's IP address, language, and browser type.

Cookies mean fragments of information sent by a web resource to the client's computer while browsing the page and are intended to remember the viewer without identifying him or her.

For statistical and trend analysis, the App may only share information that does not identify a specific individual with its vendors and other third parties.

Third parties, such as advertising partners or lenders, may be permitted to display advertisements on the App. These third parties may be given use of special technology or cookies to collect details and track visitor data interacting with their advertisements. PII is not delivered to these third parties through the App.

How the App Uses Personally Identifiable Information

The App can collect PPI when a customer is provided with the requested lending service. The consumers submit their data in the application form, subsequently transmitted to the partner lenders involved in the network. The purpose for collecting the information can vary — using the data to enforce agreements, resolve disputes, or solve technical problems. Exceptionally, what is considered essential to the provision of the service can be used by PII.

In compliance with applicable law, personally identifiable information has the right to be transferred to trustworthy third parties, direct financial option providers with whom the App is affiliated. By providing such data, customers agree to these terms and conditions. This information may also be used for advertising and marketing services deemed of interest to the user. The App has the right to sell, share, or otherwise release consumer content to verified third parties.

No application operator owns access to the information consumers provide in the application form. The App ensures that loan applications that are submitted by applicants are securely forwarded to trusted direct lenders participating in the web-based network.

Customers approve and accept the ability of affiliate lenders to communicate with them about the loan application, processing it by providing PII. Applicants have no right to submit any grievances regarding these encounters to the FTC or any other agencies.

Sharing Personally Identifiable Information

The App proposes facilities, but they are performed by third parties. Your information may be sent and disclosed to these third parties through the App to ensure better customer service. Also, this personal information may be shared with affiliates, participating lenders, and successors in interest when the App determines it is appropriate.

Third parties have, separate from the App, their own privacy policies that disclose how personal information is revealed and used.

App has the right to uncover PII when replying to a subpoena, warrant, or similar investigative request, establishing or exercising legal rights, specific requirements from a government agency, law enforcement agency. PII generally can also be released to guard against lawsuits, or if the data is necessary to take action against illegal activities, suspect fraud, or other wrongdoing by the customer, to investigate, protect and defend the safety, rights, and property of the parent company, its employees, the customers of the site, or others. As well as such, information may be disclosed to officials to guarantee compliance with the terms and conditions and Terms or other agreements of policies.

Opt-Out

The individual submits PII and therefore automatically consents to all of the above actions. Customers have the right to refuse further communications from third parties in any case.

Other Sources

It is possible to link or automatically redirect consumers to third-party sources that are not covered by the present Privacy Policy to which the App refers. You are encouraged to carefully check the privacy policy of the references to which you are referred, the conditions of use, as the App does not govern or monitor these sources.

Changes

Without advance warning in its entire reasonable discretion, content, disclosures, promotions, policies, information, disclaimers, and features of the App may be edited, updated, changed, amended, and expanded at any time.

Children's Privacy

Individuals under the age of majority in your jurisdiction or who are less than 18 years of age are not permitted to use the App in any way. The App is set up so that it does not specifically gather Personally Identifiable Information from persons under the age of 18.

Security

This Application employs strong safety technologies designed to protect customers' personal information from inappropriate disclosure, utilization, and restricted access. User information sent to lenders over the web is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Privacy Rights of California Residents

Some companies gather personally identifiable information from California citizens and reveal such data to third parties, affiliated entities for direct or indirect marketing efforts. Therefore, they must, in response to a consumer request, provide a framework by which the consumer can opt-out of having such information shared with third parties, or show a list describing the categories of information shared with third parties, and the businesses to whom such shared data has been provided.
